Studio 1317 will be open for Ventura’s Art Walk on October 16 from 1 to 7 PM and 17 from 1 to 5 PM. We will feature the sculpture of Lynn Creighton and the ceramics of Rob Luongo, Emily Thiroux, and Larry Bryant and other artists. We will have entertainment including our Western African Drummers. Art Walk is one of the best ways to check out Ventura’s bustling and diverse arts community. The free, self-guided weekend walking tour showcases 200 established and emerging artists and performers at over 44 galleries, events and eclectic gallery-for-a day venues in Ventura’s Downtown Cultural District and Ventura Avenue, just steps from the beach and pier. Multicultural performances, a variety of children’s activities and a free shuttle bus connect venue restaurants, salons, antique shops, boutiques and cafes in the downtown and Avenue.
